Susan was a blast to work with! We were in a rush to get into a vehicle and they made every step of the process quick and easy! We found a vehicle we liked thursday afternoon and they transported the vehicle friday morning and we drove off the lot friday afternoon! Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle! Stacey and Cheyanne were absolutely wonderful. After struggling for close to a few months finding anything or getting any kind of approval I found Brenner. From the moment I walked in to when I left they were nothing but helpful and understanding. They listened to all of my situation and really took care of me. Answered any question I had in detail and treated me like a person, not as somebody to just make money on. I would recommend them to everybody. 10/10 in every aspect.

If I could give 100 stars I would… and here is why. 1. Every car dealer that has said guaranteed approval gives you a “Yes” and you get there and you’re faced with a “No”. UNTIL I CONTACTED BRENNER CAR CREDIT! When I say I was in a bind I googled but here pay here they popped right up! I never even look at reviews I was so in need of a vehicle that I just did an application sent in my paystub, license, and bill. Within minutes I was contacted! And I was surprised it was late the evening and I sat down did a 5 min application literally within that hour I was Approved not pre approved not preliminarily but ACTUALLY APPROVED! And I know you’re thinking she makes great money or has great credit nope and nope! I do well credit took hits so I was like this has to be a joke. I asked more times than I should are you sure all I need when I come in is my down payment *Make sure you have cash*! ID and insurance. Sent $50 for the car to be transferred and it was literally there when I arrived cleaned and sitting outside! I was still so hesitant like is this real! And I went in was greeted by Cheyanne and she was so humble friendly compassionate attentive! She allowed me to test drive which I think spinned the block and came back so fast lol! But I was still not sure because of all the no or high down payments required from other places. I came in sat down signed my paperwork, gave my money she read the extras! And I said now she’s playing! I’m about to have a huge car note and nope decent! Bi weekly! I couldn’t sign fast enough!!!! I almost cried she asked did I want to take a picture with the car and I said no I think I was still not taking this in! I had spent the down payment money in two weeks on Uber! I have a child life was just hitting me so hard and I think without saying anything she really understood! Humility is something you can’t fake. Not only did she help someone who would be an absolute no on paper, she understood as a woman a mom a human we makes life mistakes and just need a chance! I know this should have been a short review but if I could go on and on I would! AND THEY HELP REPAIR YOUR CREDIT! BUT FOR THE PERSON LIKE ME, THAT HAD SO MANY DOUBTS AND NO ONE EVER REALLY GOES MUCH INTO DETAIL I LAID IT ALL ON THE LINE FOR YOU! If you have nothing to lose go for it, they are awesome and every person I know who needs a car I’m sending them Cheyanne’s way! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! NEW CAR FRESH START!

Great food delivery service. The one lady had stinky breath though and the manager said the only way I'm getting approved is if I filler her personal car with gas. ($100 to fill) All in all we had fun good time buying and selling great sales team and entertaining!! :)
